Shipping within the USA is FREE for orders over $50. Shipping fee is $4.99 for orders under $50.

We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days from purchase. Orders are shipped after processing*. Please allow for delays during peak seasons.

We charge a flat fee of $25 for ALL international orders, regardless of quantity. International shipping will take 10-30 business days.

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

RETURN POLICY
As of now, all items are final sale unless deemed faulty.

General safety and care: Keep burning candle within sight. Keep away from children and pets. Never burn the candle near flammable items. Only burn on a heat resistant surface. Place in a well ventilated space with no drafts when lit.

Properly maintain and use your candle:
ON FIRST BURN: Trim the wick to 1/4 of an inch. Burn for at least 2 hours until the top of the wax has melted completely to prevent “tunneling”

TRIM YOUR WICK: Always trim your wick to 1/5 of an inch before each use (use your nails, wick trimmer or a nail clipper).

DO NOT OVERUSE YOUR CANDLE: Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and never burn a candle all the way through. Discontinue candle use when there is 1/2 an inch of wax remaining. Wash the jar, and re-use or recycle.

How long can I burn my candle for?
Our candles all have a total burn time of 50-60 hours. We highly recommend that you burn your candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time.

Are your candles eco-friendly?
Each scented candle is made from 100% natural soy, vegan, and are completely non-toxic. They contain no lead, plastics, parabens, synthetic dyes, or phthalates.

What packaging do you use?
As of now, candles are shipped in hard cardboard boxes. The packaging is 100% recyclable.
