International shipping	10-30 business days	Flat $25 fee regardless of quantity

• We endeavour to process all orders within 2 business days from purchase. Please allow for delays during peak seasons.
• All orders are shipped with a tracking number via USPS. Please check your tracking number for delivery updates. Please note that delivery times are out of our control once your order has been processed.
• Shipping times do not include dispatch times. During high volume periods & holiday seasons, sales dispatch times may vary.
• We charge a flat fee of $25 for ALL international orders, regardless of quantity. International orders may be subject to customs fees, which we do not cover and are the customer's responsibility to pay. International shipping times may vary, will take roughly 10-30 business days.
• *Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

RETURN POLICY

As of now, all items are final sale. We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, and cannot exchange or refund any of our candles.

However, we are happy to replace or refund any products that have been damaged from transit, or have any manufacturing errors. If your candle is damaged, please contact us at supportteam@niffi.co with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.
